Scope by household need

Not a catalogue of rooms.

We take on substantial renovations where layout, structure, services and finish need to be resolved as one project.

A single bathroom, cosmetic kitchen update or handyman list is usually better served by a specialist smaller-project team.

Fit checks

Three questions before scope.

Is the address worth keeping?

Location, land, neighbours, school, landscape and familiarity can make renovation more valuable than relocation—even when the work is substantial.

Does the existing house contain something worth retaining?

Structure, character, embodied material and planning context affect whether retention is an advantage or an expensive constraint.

Can the household tolerate the programme?

Temporary accommodation, staged occupation, pets, work-from-home needs and service shutdowns belong in the feasibility conversation.
